Meet Erika...
After overcoming a life full of trauma, physical and sexual abuse, near-death experiences, breaking her back and being widowed - Erika found herself drowning in pain and sadness, trying to numb-out of life. These life changing experiences finally led her to working on herself, where she went on a deep path to personal growth and healing. Erika turned her life around and decided she would do the same for other women. She is now a Confidence Coach who’s obsessed with reminding women of how incredibly powerful, resilient and perfect they are AS THEY ARE.

Julie is one of Australia’s most successful and award winning life and business coaches, life coach trainers, authors and speakers. Her wildly successful coaching business (she once had a nine month wait list!), led her to create the Beautiful You Coaching Academy where she has now trained more than 2200 life coaches from around the world in the ICF certified Beautiful You Life Coaching Course.
